1. Shipping Information
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Delivery Time = Processing Time (2–5 days) + Shipping Time
Orders can be cancelled or modified within 4 hours after being placed.
The above time frame applies to standard shipping methods.
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Please note:
  - More than 97% of packages arrive on schedule. However, delays may occur due to severe weather, customs inspections, or incorrect addresses.
 
  - Send your request to the Modify or Cancel Order Center if you'd like express shipping.
 
  - For modification orders, the production time is extended by 1–2 days.
 
  - For orders delivered to P.O. boxes, please include the zip code plus the 4- or 5-digit extension in your shipping address.
 
  - A tracking link will be sent to your email once your order is dispatched.
 
  - Please ensure all delivery information is correct. Missing or incorrect details may cause delays or delivery failures.
 
  - Customs clearance can also cause delivery delays.
 
  - Please fill in your address completely; otherwise, the package will be returned to us.
 
Most packages (97%) arrive on time. Orders sometimes show up after the estimated delivery date due to:

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees.
These charges are determined by your country’s customs policies and are the customer’s responsibility.
We recommend checking with your local customs office for details before placing an order.
5. Shipping Restrictions
  - We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO).
 
  - Certain remote locations may experience longer delivery times.
 
6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
  - We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered.
 
  - If your package is lost during transit, please contact us at support@motrixstore.com for assistance.
 
  - If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damage. We will assist with a replacement or refund.
