1. Shipping Information

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Delivery Time = Processing Time (2–5 days) + Shipping Time
Orders can be cancelled or modified within 4 hours after being placed.

• More than 97% of packages arrive on schedule. However, delays may occur due to severe weather, customs inspections, or incorrect addresses.
• Send your request to the Modify or Cancel Order Center if you'd like express shipping.
• For modification orders, the production time is extended by 1–2 days.
• For orders delivered to P.O. boxes, please include the zip code plus the 4- or 5-digit extension in your shipping address.
• A tracking link will be sent to your email once your order is dispatched.
• Please ensure all delivery information is correct. Missing or incorrect details may cause delays or delivery failures.
• Customs clearance can also cause delivery delays.
• Please fill in your address completely; otherwise, the package will be returned to us.
